Dr. Donald Erickson

Pastor Donald Erickson has served as Senior Pastor at Living Grace since December, 1984. He and his wife, Claudia, are the parents of four children, Christy, Becky, Kara and Ryan. Prior to coming to Living Grace, Pastor Don served as Associate Pastor of Student Ministries at churches in Moline and Antioch, Illinois. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Wheaton College and both his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degrees from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois. Pastor Don is an avid sports enthusiast, who enjoys golf, softball, and scuba diving. Claudia is a marketing consultant in the craft industry and Bible study leader and women's conference speaker.

Pastor Rick George

Music lover, School Teacher, Mountain Hiker and Air Force veteran all find a commonality in Pastor Rick George, but what really gets Rick up each morning is knowing that God is doing a work in the heart of every believer, including himself. “I get to be a part of that work and watch as God molds and transforms lives – both a humbling and exciting calling.”

Rick has been Pastor of Spiritual Formation and Worship at Living Grace since 2006. Ask him what spiritual formation means, and he’ll ask you out for coffee. “I love seeing people become more connected with God and more connected with each other – this is the essence of spiritual formation, though much more.”

All year round Rick loves Summer, his sweetheart joined in marriage in 2000. They have four children, are in the process of adopting a 5th, and enjoy spending time outdoors, reading to their kids and cooking, baking and smoking up all kinds of food. Born, raised and married in Ohio, they are both Ohio State Buckeye fans.

Pastor Cory Shreve joined us as our Pastor of Student Ministries on January 1^st, 2012. (To get to know Cory a little better, click here.) Cory was born and raised in Rockford, Illinois. At the age of 17, he accepted Christ as his Savior and Lord, and he committed his life to God. Shortly thereafter Cory was accepted out into the Phoenix Master’s Commission. After serving for one year with Master’s Commission in Phoenix, Cory relocated to Baltimore, Maryland to become a Master’s Commission team leader. During these two years, he had to memorize over 600 verses, engage in over 4000 hours of training in Bible and ministry, and travel across the U.S. preaching and ministering to groups ranging from 15 to 15,000.

In 1996, Cory returned to Minnesota and went on staff at Brooklyn Park Evangelical Free Church as the Assistant Director of Student Ministries working with the junior high ministry. It was during this time that God revealed to Pastor Cory two life-changing discoveries: His calling on Cory's life for Pastoral ministry and meeting a beautiful young lady named Heather who quickly captured his heart!

In May of 2001, Cory graduated Cum Laude from Crown College with a Bachelors of Science degree in Biblical Studies, Youth Ministry, and Social Science. Prior to coming to Living Grace, Cory has served as the Associate Pastor of Student Ministries at Calvary Evangelical Free Church in Pelican Rapids, MN and as the Pastor of Student Ministries at Annandale Free Church in Annandale,MN. In August of 2010 Cory was ordained as a Minister of the Gospel by the Evangelical Free Church of America.

Pastor Cory has a consuming zeal and love for teens and his ministry is marked by a God given vision to assist in the creation of the Next Generation Minister whose lives are marked by conviction and passion. He and Heather have a very energetic family of 5 with a daughter named Heidi and twin boys Caden and Colby.

Pastor Andy Nilsson

Andy Nilsson serves part-time as Pastor of Congregational Care. A building contractor by trade, God has given Andy a special gift of caring for the hurting which led our church to ask him to serve on staff. Andy and his wife, Deb, have one son, Josh. They have been members of our church for over thirty years. Through a series of very difficult medical issues, God has used both Andy and Deb to minister to others in some very special ways during times of crisis.

Gil Cadrecha

Gil and Patty Cadrecha started attending Living Grace in 1992 and became members shortly after that. They have both been active in ministry with Gil involved mostly with worship, becoming our part-time Director of Worship in 2011. Patty has served in various capacities and currently leads the Women's Ministry. Gil is a retired police officer and Patty works full time as a court reporter. They have two grown children and have been Cary residents since 1989.
